Join us in supporting spinal cord injury recovery today!
We are a charity dedicated to helping those in need. Our mission is to provide support and resources to individuals and families facing difficult challenges. Thank you for visiting our website and learning more about our organization.

At You Can Do Hard Things, we are dedicated to raising awareness and funds for individuals impacted by spinal cord injuries and neurological disorders. Our goal is to provide support and resources that empower these individuals to regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Contributions will enable us to support other charities including The Center of Recovery and Exercise, (C.O.R.E.). C.O.R.E. is an activity-based therapy center in Orlando, Florida. For 14 years, C.O.R.E. has provided hope and life-changing care to individuals with spinal cord and other neurological injuries.
C.O.R.E. has state-of-the-art equipment and exceptional trainers. Individuals must pay out of pocket because C.O.R.E. does not accept insurance. While some people are fortunate to receive substantial and ongoing care, far too many people are unable to receive enough care, or any at all. In an effort to help, the Howard Family has created a foundation called "You Can Do Hard Things.”
We are hosting an invite only event on November 6, 2025 in hopes of raising funds to support C.O.R.E.'s scholarship program. C.O.R.E.'s scholarship program gives individuals the opportunity to access the necessary level of care, progress, and hope that they need.
